I would highly recommend Nastasha as a yoga teacher for beginners or intermediate students as she adapts everything to your level of strength!

I've been practicing yoga with Nastasha for 3 years now. Prior to this, I had never done any form of yoga before. Nastasha explains each pose in detail and also gives variations to suit your level of practice.

I've thoroughly enjoyed the journey I've been on with Nastasha and have grown stronger both mentally and physically! My favorite practice to do with her is stretching. She invites you to hold positions for longer periods of time, allowing you to slowly soften and go deeper into the pose, as well as into yourself.

My second favorite practice is primal movement. These movements allow you to let your inner child out and 'play' as you enhance your mobility.

I would highly recommend Nastasha as a yoga teacher for beginners or intermediate students as she adapts everything to your level of strength! I love doing yoga and always look forward to my classes with Nastasha!

Flow classes have helped me to learn how to persevere, to embrace discomfort, to simply enjoy the relief that follows & to promptly calm down to be ready for the next movement.

I can't describe in words how much of a positive impact the classes have had on my life.

I have been pursuing yoga for years on my own, and I just felt stuck. That's when I decided to book a class for the first time. The first thing that stood out for me was one photo on Nastasha's website that really resonated with me. And sure enough, my first class was everything that I had hoped for and more. I was hooked from that day onwards.

I can't describe in words how much of a positive impact the classes have had on my life. One thing for sure is that I am moving through life with much more compassion for Self and I allow my emotions to flow through me with so much acceptance and understanding.

Not only have my recurring injuries disappeared and my flexibility improved but my performance in my sport disciplines improved significantly.

I'm an endurance athlete that has done five half IronMan’s in the past 6 years and last year my first full IronMan at the age of 48. Despite my fitness, my flexibility wasn't great and I struggled with recurring injuries.

I started weekly classes with Nastasha a year ago and have seen amazing results. Not only have my recurring injuries disappeared and my flexibility improved but my performance in my sport disciplines improved significantly.

Your experience in her Yoga classes will be different every time. Stash motivates and encourages you through every class, no matter what your mindset is that day.

My favourite practice with her is Yin Yoga. I always feel content afterwards. Initially you can feel a bit uncomfortable, but that is a sign of rebuilding your muscles and strengthening. It improves my flexibility which allows me to move more freely and with greater ease. Stretching also helps me tend to my mental/emotional state.

My advice is to embrace and endure every minute fully. You will reap the benefits!

While other teachers and studios had me just going through the motions, Stash, through careful observation, silently worked out a plan to get me where I needed to be.

I've never really liked doing yoga, to be honest. At previous studios I always found it hard to follow along, was forced to attempt postures my body was not ready for, or felt that the teacher didn't really care about my progress, or lack thereof.

That is, until I started doing yoga with Stash.

She is an incredible teacher, meeting you where you are, and working diligently and patiently to build you up from there. She knows when to be encouraging, when to be strict and not take your nonsense, and when to be kind and supportive.

She is a true expert in her practice. I find her easy to talk to and she brings a calm, positive energy into my home.

About two years ago a doctor recommended I manage my high cortisol and genetic risk of heart disease through lifestyle changes and exercise.
